The conversation moved on to Ryan and his family, first they talked about how much they could trust them if they decided to tell them about the wolf stuff. In truth both men were quite excited about the idea of building a new house, they both liked building and fixing things, that's some of what they did at work which they enjoyed. They hoped they would get to help Rhett and Reed with the building work too. After Dan had dropped the kids off at school he decided to go back up the mountain and see Jared, he was curious to see what was going on with the boys, but also he wanted to catch up with Jared and see how he was doing, he had missed Parker and Jared since they moved away. He drove his school bus back up to Jared's house to see if he was there. "Hi Dan!" Tess said as she watched Dan getting off the bus in her driveway. "Hi Parker's mum!" Dan chuckled knowing that would get a reaction. "How many times do I have to tell you to call me Tess?" Tess playfully scolded him, used to him being silly. "But I like Parker's mum!" Dan chuckled as he walked up to Tess. "Clearly... but your not ten anymore!" Tess said waggling her finger at him. "So?" Dan replied as he hugged Tess. "What am I going to do with you?" "Enough children!... go off and play!" Tess told them knowing that Dan was probably here to see Jared not her. "Lets go for a walk!" Dan said putting his arm around Jared and guiding him towards the forest. "Don't leave your clothes somewhere dirty!" Tess shouted after them chuckling. "How does she always know what were doing?" Dan mused smiling. "She just does!" Jared laughed. Once they were away from the house and Tess, Dan smiled at Jared and said "ok spill the beans dude" "What do you mean?" Jared asked. "You, Taylor the other boys?" Dan replied grinning. Jared looked a little nervous. "It's ok dude... not like I haven't touched your dick a few times!" Dan laughed. "And Parker's!" "So you gonna tell him about the wolf stuff?" Dan added. "Yeah... soon I think... his parents too... they are good people and we are sure they will be cool with the wolf stuff" Jared explained. Jared chased after Dan as they ran up the mountain to the rock pools, both feeling like they were kids again and enjoying themselves. Patrick and Shawn reached the end of their working day, they headed back to the office and checked the computer for any important emails before leaving. They found a list of winter job vacancies had been posted by human resources. "Hey you think Sandy would like to work here?" Shawn asked as he read the email. "Probably... print off the list and we can show her the jobs" Patrick replied. Shawn printed the list off and they headed home. Dan and Jared had a nice time playing in the forest and swimming before Dan had to get back to his bus and head back to the school to pick the kids up. They had refrained from having boy fun and just enjoyed being kids again. Dan had blushed when they returned to the house and he saw Tess. She laughed guessing that Jared had told him she knew about the boy fun. Dan showered first and then left to get the kids, Jared showered next before heading down to Patrick's to meet Ryan as he got off the bus. Dan collected the kids from school and stop by stop he dropped them all off. He chatted with Taylor, Marcus and Ryan but said nothing about what he and Jared had talked about, leaving it for Jared to tell them. Jared waited at the end of the drive for the bus, as Ryan got off he held open his arms to hug Ryan, the younger boy looked back and saw Dan watching them. "What about Dan?" Ryan whispered as Jared picked him up into a hug. "You don't need to worry about that anymore" Jared replied kissing Ryan's lips softly. Taylor and Marcus stared surprised by Jared actions in front of Dan, they both looked at Dan through the open door of the school bus, Dan simply gave them the thumbs up and smiled. As Dan drove off Jared explained that he and Dan had talked during the day, he explained that Dan used to mess around with Parker and himself when they were younger and was ok with them all having boy fun with each other. He left out the bit about wolf stuff till he could get Taylor on his own later. He did mention that he and Dan went up to the rock pools and swam for a bit. "Wasn't it cold?" asked Ryan as Jared carried him up the drive. "Yeah... but we played up there all the time as kids so we're used to it" Jared replied smiling at his little boyfriend. Jared helped the boys with their home work till Shawn and Patrick got home, while Sandy prepared dinner for them all. "Hey you wanna come and look at something with us?" Patrick asked everyone as he and Shawn came inside after getting home from work. The boys looked puzzled but agreed and went to put their shoes on. "You too!" Patrick grinned at Sandy as Marcus jumped into his arms for a hug. Patrick, Shawn, Sandy, Jared, Taylor, Marcus and Ryan walked across the garden and into the woods that ran along the road till they came to a clearing at the border between the two dads properties, the boys were chasing each other around oblivious and having fun, while Jared and Sandy had some idea about what they were going to see. "So... you think this would be a nice place for your house?" Patrick asked Sandy grinning. "What house?!" Marcus asked as the boys quickly focused çayyolu escort on the adults. "Yes... this would be wonderful" Sandy replied smiling uncontrollably. "What's going on?" Ryan asked tugging on Jared's arm. Patrick came over and picked Ryan up and held him on his hip. "Well we think this would be a good place for your new house... so you can be close to Jared, Taylor and Marcus" Patrick said smiling at the boy in his arms. "We get to live here?" Ryan squealed excitedly. "Yep... just need to get your dad and uncle to build you a house" Patrick chuckled. Ryan hugged Patrick tightly before Patrick set him back on the ground and the boys all hugged each other excitedly. "You sure about this?" Sandy asked Patrick and Shawn. "Yeah... we talked about it and we want you to live here close to us" Patrick said smiling. "It will be good for the boys and all of us" Shawn added smiling too. "You and Shawn might even be in-laws one day... so your family!" Patrick chuckled making Jared blush. The sound of Toni's car could be heard coming up the driveway so the all headed back to the house, Marcus excitedly told his mum about Ryan building a house between their house and Taylor's, Toni told him how wonderful that was although she already knew as Patrick had called her earlier about it. Not two minutes after Toni got home the roar of Rhett's truck could be heard and soon the truck and its large tool trailer parked next to the house. Ryan ran over to his dad as Rhett climbed out of the truck after a long drive. "Daddy! You havesta build us a house over there!" Ryan squealed pointing in the direction of the clearing. Rhett was confused as he didn't know anything about the house plan. He looked confused at Sandy as she approached him. She told him that Shawn and Patrick had given them some land to build a new house. He was shocked as Ryan tried to drag him in the direction of the clearing. "Come on we'll show you!" Ryan said excitedly as he and Marcus tried to pull him along. Patrick explained to Rhett and Reed as they walked about the land they were giving them to build a house and why. Shawn also reassured them that he wanted them closer and was happy to have them as neighbours and friends. Rhett and Reed were a little overwhelmed as soon found themselves being hugged by Patrick and the boys, Shawn settled for patting their backs as hugging them seemed a little too much for Shawn even in his current relaxed state. After heading back to the house Shawn took Taylor and Jared home for dinner, although he did say they could come back after dinner and spend the night if Tess agreed. Jared took the opportunity to talk to Taylor about Dan, Taylor was surprised and a little annoyed that he had never been told before but accepted the reasons Jared gave him. He liked Dan as most people did so he was quite happy to find out he was a werewolf too. At Patrick's house the adults talked over dinner about ideas for the new house, Rhett asked when they could start building it and Patrick told him as soon as they wanted. "What about planning consent?" Rhett asked. "Don't worry about that... Shawn can get that sorted for you anytime... just start building when your ready!" Patrick replied knowing Shawn could get it sorted. "Ok... how about we finish the basement off here and then start on the new house" suggested Rhett. "Yeah... I would prefer to finish the basement first too... just in case we ever need it as a shelter" Reed agreed the thought of natural disasters still fresh in their minds. "Ok that works for us too" Toni told them. "Good.. it looks like we have a plan then!" Patrick said smiling happily "oh... Sandy I have something for you" he added handing Sandy the email Shawn printed off. "Jobs at the resort?" Sandy said looking at the email. "Yeah... thought you might be interested... their only winter jobs but they could turn into full year jobs as people come and go" Patrick explained. "Thank you Patrick... I'll look them over" Sandy said overwhelmed at the support her and her family were getting. Jared and Taylor came back over after dinner and the boys watched a movie together before going to bed to have some loving fun. Rhett, Reed and Sandy spent the evening planning the new house, bringing together ideas they had over the last few years. Patrick and Toni went to bed early to have some time alone. 3am and Shawn's phone rang, he reached out for it annoyed till he saw who was calling. It was a werewolf he had known all his life, a friend of his dads, he was also the president of the Canadian werewolf association who took care of wolf matters and worked to keep wolfs safe from humans. "Hello" Shawn answered trying to be respectful while also annoyed at being woken up. "Shawn... it's Bob Ross... I need your help and it may be a lot to ask" Bob said with some urgency. "You know I'll help if I can.. so just ask" Shawn replied still feeling annoyed that this couldn't have waited till the morning. "We have found three survivors from the tsunami and we need a good home for them" Bob told him. "I already have four that I'm helping" Shawn said chuckling to himself a little. Tess who was awake too frowned at Shawn a little. "I heard you were helping 4 humans... but Shawn these three are cubs" Bob said. Shawn looked at Tess who could hear everything Bob was saying, the look on her face told him they would be getting three more mouths to feed very soon. Chapter 20 soon!
